
Senior Analyst, People Analytics
At Unity, we are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst, People Analytics who will leverage data-driven insights to help inform people-related decision making. The ideal candidate is passionate about data-driven solutions, possesses strong analytical skills, and is an excellent communicator.The Senior Analyst, People Analytics should have a minimum of 5 years experience in an analytics role, with a focus on people analytics. Additionally, the successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Economics, or Statistics. The Senior Analyst should also be a creative problem solver with the ability to think critically and synthesize data to answer key business questions.This individual should be passionate about the role of data and analytics in driving organizational success, and be excited to lead a team of analysts to uncover insights, interpret results, and develop predictive models to improve decision making. A successful Senior Analyst will possess strong communication and collaboration skills, be results oriented, and have the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
