- Identify potential partnership opportunities and evaluate their potential impact on Unity's growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing partners.
- Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to create partnership strategies and plans.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with partners to ensure mutual benefits.
- Track and analyze partnership performance and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Identify and address any potential issues or conflicts with partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends and identify new partnership opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of partnership initiatives.
- Represent Unity at industry events and conferences to showcase partnership opportunities.
- Proactively seek out and implement ways to optimize and improve current partnerships.
- Provide support and guidance to other team members on partnership-related activities.
- Meet or exceed partnership-related growth targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Unity's products and services to effectively promote and leverage in partnership discussions.
- Continuously identify and implement best practices for partnership management and growth.
- Embrace the Unity culture and values, and act as a positive ambassador for the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Partnership Management Or Business Development, Preferably In The Software Or Gaming Industry.
Strong Communication Skills And Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With External Partners.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Revenue Growth Through Successful Partnership Initiatives.
Experience With Project Management, Budgeting, And Forecasting.
