Director, Product Management GTM Tech

The Director of Product Management GTM Tech is a key leadership role at Unity that will help drive the success of our product areas and GTM (Go-To-Market) initiatives. This role will be responsible for leading a team of product and technical professionals to manage products from ideation and development to launch and post-launch success. As Director, you will be expected to have a deep understanding of our products and markets, lead product planning, and be able to effectively collaborate across the organization.We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for building great products and taking them to market. Ideally, you will have 8-10 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a Director or similar leadership role. You will have experience in both B2C and B2B product management, and a strong understanding of the technical aspects of product management. Additionally, you should have a good grasp of product design, UX/UI, and market research.
