- Develop and implement a global partnerships strategy to support Unity's growth and expansion in the gaming, virtual reality, and augmented reality industries.
- Identify and establish key partnerships and alliances with industry players, including game developers, technology companies, and other relevant organizations.
- Nurture and maintain relationships with existing partners, ensuring their continued engagement and satisfaction with Unity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and execute partnership opportunities that align with Unity's business goals.
- Monitor industry trends and identify potential partnership opportunities that will drive revenue growth and enhance Unity's market position.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring that all terms and conditions are mutually beneficial and aligned with Unity's objectives.
- Manage and track partnership performance, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Unity, representing the company at industry events and conferences.
- Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts and serve as a key point of contact for partners.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the global partnerships team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product, to ensure a cohesive approach to partnership development.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and competitive landscape to inform partnership strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor and report on partnership metrics and KPIs, providing insights and analysis to inform future decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to partnerships.
- Continuously evaluate and improve partnership processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

This Includes Knowledge Of Emerging Trends, Competitive Landscape, And Key Players, As Well As The Ability To Identify And Capitalize On New Business Opportunities.
Excellent Communication And Networking Skills: In Order To Succeed In This Role, The Director Of Global Partnerships Must Possess Exceptional Communication And Networking Skills. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Convey The Value Of Unity's Products And Services To Potential Partners, As Well As The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Proven Leadership And Team Management Experience: As A Director-Level Role, Candidates Should Have Previous Experience In Leading And Managing A Team.
