Responsibilities: • Provide technical and product assistance to customers to ensure their success with our products • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and communicate solutions in an easy-to-understand manner • Monitor customer usage of our products and offer technical guidance when necessary • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and provide follow up support • Develop and document best practices for product usage and customer service • Evaluate customer feedback and suggest product improvements • Assist in the development of customer service training materials • Proactively identify potential customer issues and develop solutions to address them
