High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Warehouse Associate At Unitedhealth Group Should Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent To Demonstrate Basic Educational Qualifications.
Previous Warehouse Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In A Warehouse Setting, Preferably In An Inbound Or Outbound Role. This Experience Should Include Tasks Such As Receiving, Sorting, And Shipping.
Forklift Certification: Due To The Nature Of The Job, A Forklift Certification Is Often Required For Warehouse Associates. This Certification Ensures That The Candidate Is Trained In Operating A Forklift Safely And Efficiently.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills: A Warehouse Associate Should Be Able To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment And Handle Multiple Tasks At Once. Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills Are Essential To Ensure That Inventory Is Properly Received, Stored, And Shipped.
