- Develop and implement strategic plans for network operations to align with company goals and objectives
- Oversee the management and performance of our network of healthcare providers, ensuring high levels of quality and efficiency
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall network operations and drive cost savings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and ensure optimal network performance
- Monitor and analyze network data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve network performance
- Lead and mentor a team of network operations professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team and individual goals
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in network management and make recommendations for adoption within our organization
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements related to network operations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement new products or services that align with network strategy
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to network and promote our brand as a leader in healthcare solutions.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Engineering.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Network Operations, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.
Strong Understanding Of Network Infrastructure, Including Lan/Wan, Routing Protocols, And Security Protocols.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Network Projects And Initiatives.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
