- Coordinate and manage patient care in various locations across the country, ensuring that all medical needs are met and exceeded.
- Utilize advanced nursing knowledge and skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Act as a liaison between patients, their families, and healthcare providers to ensure effective and efficient communication and coordination of care.
- Monitor and document patient progress, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting understanding and compliance with treatment plans.

Active Rn Licensure: The Travel Nationwide Registered Nurse Case Manager Must Hold A Current And Unrestricted Nursing License In The State(S) They Will Be Practicing In. This Ensures They Have Met The Necessary Qualifications And Standards Of Professional Practice.
Case Management Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Case Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting. This Includes Knowledge Of Care Coordination, Discharge Planning, And Utilization Management.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Travel Nationwide Rn Case Manager, The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Providers Is Crucial. This Includes Active Listening, Empathy, And Clear And Concise Communication.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Systems And Resources: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry, Including Insurance Plans, Medical Terminology, And Resources Available For Patients.
