  1. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the TPA market.
  3. Manage and grow UnitedHealth Group's TPA business, including setting and meeting revenue targets.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with TPA clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  6. Utilize in-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and TPA to drive business growth and innovation.
  7. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  8. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  9. Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or issues.
  10. Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure new contracts and renew existing ones.
  11. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and adaptability.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives.
  14. Represent UnitedHealth Group at industry events and conferences to promote our TPA business.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales, Account Management, Or Business Development, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Strategic Accounts, Preferably With Third-Party Administrators (Tpas).

  • Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry, Including Industry Trends, Regulations, And Competitive Landscape.

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Relationship-Building Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence At All Levels Within A Client Organization.
