- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the TPA market.
- Manage and grow UnitedHealth Group's TPA business, including setting and meeting revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with TPA clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and TPA to drive business growth and innovation.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure new contracts and renew existing ones.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and adaptability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Represent UnitedHealth Group at industry events and conferences to promote our TPA business.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales, Account Management, Or Business Development, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Strategic Accounts, Preferably With Third-Party Administrators (Tpas).
Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry, Including Industry Trends, Regulations, And Competitive Landscape.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Relationship-Building Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence At All Levels Within A Client Organization.
