  1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
  2. Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
  3. Identify and understand client needs and objectives, and collaboratively develop innovative solutions to meet those needs.
  4. Serve as an expert on UnitedHealth Group products and services, effectively communicating their value to clients.
  5. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
  7. Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  8. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on the healthcare industry, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  10. Serve as a mentor and resource for other team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  11. Travel to client sites as needed to maintain relationships and support business objectives.
  12. Provide timely and accurate reporting and forecasting to management.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance and regulatory requirements.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Represent UnitedHealth Group in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Sales Or Account Management Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Strategic Selling And Account Planning Techniques.
