- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
- Identify and understand client needs and objectives, and collaboratively develop innovative solutions to meet those needs.
- Serve as an expert on UnitedHealth Group products and services, effectively communicating their value to clients.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
- Act as a subject matter expert on the healthcare industry, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
- Serve as a mentor and resource for other team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Travel to client sites as needed to maintain relationships and support business objectives.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting and forecasting to management.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent UnitedHealth Group in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Sales Or Account Management Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Strategic Selling And Account Planning Techniques.
Demonstrated Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Driving Business Growth.
