  1. Assist in the overall delivery of high-quality patient care by performing a variety of clinical and administrative tasks.
  2. Participate in patient intake, including taking vital signs, updating medical history, and preparing patients for examinations.
  3. Administer medications and injections as directed by healthcare providers.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, medications, and test results.
  5. Follow proper protocols for infection control and ensure a safe and clean environment for patients.
  6. Coordinate patient appointments, referrals, and follow-up care as needed.
  7. Communicate with patients and their families, providing education and support as needed.
  8. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and coordinated patient care.
  9. Assist with medical procedures and treatments, including preparing equipment and supplies.
  10. Keep abreast of current healthcare practices and policies, continuously seeking opportunities for professional development.
  11. Mentor and train junior medical assistants, providing guidance and support to promote growth and development.
  12. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in patient care and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  13. Demonstrate compassion and empathy towards patients, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for their care.
  14. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for enhancing patient care processes.
  15. Comply with all organizational policies and procedures, including safety and compliance regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Medical Assistant (Cma) Or Registered Medical Assistant (Rma) Certification

  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare-Related Field Or Equivalent Experience

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience As A Medical Assistant In A Clinical Setting

  • Strong Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Procedures, And Emr Systems

  • Excellent Communication, Organizational, And Interpersonal Skills, With A Patient-Centered Approach.
