  1. Conduct data analysis: Utilize advanced analytical techniques to gather, organize, and analyze large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  2. Provide strategic recommendations: Translate data analysis into meaningful and actionable insights and recommendations to drive business decisions and strategies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with various teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, and data scientists, to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
  4. Develop and maintain data models: Design and build data models to support business reporting and analysis needs.
  5. Identify data quality issues: Monitor data quality and identify any issues, recommending solutions to improve data accuracy and integrity.
  6. Present findings and insights: Clearly communicate data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders through presentations, reports, and visualizations.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Stay informed about industry trends and new data analysis techniques to continuously improve data analysis processes and methodologies.
  8. Drive process improvement: Identify opportunities to improve data analysis processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and quality of work.
  9. Mentor junior analysts: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data analysts to help develop their technical and analytical skills.
  10. Adhere to data privacy and security policies: Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies and regulations while handling sensitive data.
  11. Collaborate with external partners: Collaborate with external partners to gather and analyze additional data to enhance insights and drive better business outcomes.
  12. Participate in data governance initiatives: Work with the data governance team to develop and enforce data standards and policies to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Or Data Science

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry

  • Proficiency In Sql, Python, R, Or Other Programming Languages Used For Data Analysis And Manipulation

  • Strong Understanding Of Data Warehousing And Data Modeling Principles

  • Experience With Data Visualization Tools Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.
