Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Developing And Customizing Applications On The Servicenow Platform.
Strong Understanding Of It Service Management (Itsm) Processes And Workflows, Such As Incident, Problem, Change, And Configuration Management.
Proficient In Scripting Languages Like Javascript, Html, And Css, As Well As Servicenow-Specific Scripting Languages Like Glide And Jelly.
Familiarity With Agile/Scrum Methodologies And Experience Working In An Agile Development Environment.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Translate Business Requirements Into Technical Solutions.
