  1. Develop and implement strategic workforce plans to support business objectives and goals.
  2. Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  4. Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  5. Monitor employee retention and develop strategies to improve retention rates.
  6. Conduct regular workforce analyses to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
  7. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  8. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on workforce-related matters.
  9. Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  10. Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  11. Collaborate with other departments, such as HR and Finance, to ensure alignment of workforce strategies with overall business objectives.
  12. Lead and mentor a team of workforce representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve workforce processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in workforce management.
  15. Represent the company at job fairs and other networking events to attract top talent.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Labor Laws And Regulations, Including Eeoc, Ada, And Fmla.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Diverse Teams.

  • Proficient In Hris Systems And Microsoft Office Suite, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Generate Reports.
