  1. Develop and implement workforce management strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels and resource allocation.
  2. Monitor and analyze workforce metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  3. Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify and address staffing needs and challenges.
  4. Lead recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.
  5. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external staffing agencies and vendors.
  7. Create and maintain employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts and departments.
  8. Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback to maintain high levels of productivity and quality.
  9. Implement and maintain workforce management systems and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  10. Train and mentor junior workforce representatives to ensure consistency and high-quality work.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in workforce management to continuously improve processes.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new policies and procedures related to workforce management.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to workforce management.
  14. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding any workforce-related inquiries or concerns.
  15. Participate in budget planning and forecasting for workforce-related expenses.

Job Qualifications
  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Employee Relations, Performance Management, And Workforce Planning.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws, Including Ada, Fmla, And Eeoc Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Proven Experience In Building And Maintaining Positive Relationships With Internal Stakeholders, Such As Managers, Hr Business Partners, And Legal Teams.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. A Master's Degree Or Hr Certification (E.g. Shrm-Scp, Phr) Is Preferred.
