  1. Develop and manage technical product strategy: Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive technical product strategy that aligns with UnitedHealth Group's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery of technical products.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends and conduct thorough research and analysis to identify new opportunities and inform product decisions.
  4. Drive product innovation: Proactively identify opportunities for product innovation and work with the team to develop and launch new features and enhancements.
  5. Define product roadmap: Develop and communicate a clear and actionable product roadmap that outlines the vision, goals, and timeline for product development.
  6. Set and manage product priorities: Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business goals, customer needs, and resource availability.
  7. Manage product development lifecycle: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  8. Monitor product performance: Track and analyze key product metrics to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements: Ensure that all technical products comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  10. Mentor and coach team members: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and help them develop their skills and expertise.
  11. Represent the company: Serve as a subject matter expert and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
  12. Stay current with industry trends: Continuously stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to inform product decisions and drive innovation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • 5+ Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Technical Background And Understanding Of Software Development Processes.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Launching Complex Technical Products.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Across Teams And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels.
