  4. Foster positive relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate recovery of overpayments.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of recovery activities, including documentation of communication with clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Healthcare Industry: A Senior Recovery/Resolutions Representative At Unitedhealth Group Should Have A Strong Background In The Healthcare Industry, With A Deep Understanding Of Medical Billing And Coding Processes, As Well As Knowledge Of Insurance Policies And Procedures.
