  1. Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support the development and enhancement of care management products and services.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  3. Utilize industry knowledge and trends to inform product development and ensure competitive positioning.
  4. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the market.
  5. Develop and maintain product documentation, including requirements, user stories, and roadmaps.
  6. Communicate product updates and changes to stakeholders, including leadership, clients, and internal teams.
  7. Identify and track key performance metrics to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Work closely with the technology team to ensure product requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications.
  9. Provide subject matter expertise on care management processes and best practices.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure products meet all necessary standards.
  11. Mentor and train junior product analysts on best practices and industry knowledge.
  12. Act as a liaison between product teams and stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into product development.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Represent the company and its products at industry events and conferences.
  15. Embody the company's mission and values in all interactions and work towards achieving its goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Product Analysis Or Management Within The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Care Management Processes And Systems, Including Utilization Management, Case Management, And Disease Management.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Product Strategies To Improve Efficiency And Quality Of Care.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Data-Driven Recommendations For Product Enhancements.
