  1. Provide top-quality and compassionate patient care by following best practices and established protocols.
  2. Assist healthcare providers in delivering medical care to patients, including taking vital signs, administering medications, and performing routine medical procedures.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans.
  4. Educate patients on preventative care, medication usage, and treatment options.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
  6. Follow infection control and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
  7. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure a positive patient experience.
  8. Manage and organize patient appointments, referrals, and test results.
  9. Train and mentor junior medical assistants and other support staff.
  10. Stay current with industry developments and advancements in medical procedures and technologies.
  11. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines.
  12. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  13. Take on administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling, billing, and insurance verification.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience As A Medical Assistant In A Clinical Or Hospital Setting.

  • Certified Or Registered As A Medical Assistant Through A Recognized Organization (E.g. Aama, Amt).

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Procedures, And Protocols.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Patients, Healthcare Providers, And Colleagues In A Professional Manner.

  • Proficiency In Electronic Medical Record Systems And Other Healthcare Software.
