  1. Serve as a strategic financial advisor to UnitedHealth Group, providing expert guidance and support to drive the organization's financial success.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of financial professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to support their growth and development.
  3. Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for the organization.
  4. Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and strategies to support UnitedHealth Group's short-term and long-term goals.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, acquisitions, and investments.
  6. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for cost savings and revenue growth.
  7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, identifying and addressing any potential risks.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to support financial initiatives and drive business growth.
  9. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial processes and procedures.
  10. Serve as a role model for integrity, professionalism, and customer service, embodying the values of UnitedHealth Group.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Financial Consulting Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial And Accounting Principles, Including Gaap And Financial Analysis.

  • Experience In Managing Complex Financial Projects And Providing Strategic Financial Guidance To Clients.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Financial Information To Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
