  1. Develop and execute product strategy for the Consumer Products team, aligned with the overall company mission and goals.
  2. Lead a team of product managers and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of digital products.
  3. Utilize market research and consumer insights to identify and prioritize product opportunities that will drive business growth.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our digital products remain innovative and competitive.
  5. Drive the development and launch of new digital products, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives.
  6. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization.
  7. Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products.
  8. Develop and track key performance indicators to evaluate the success of digital products and make data-driven decisions for future development.
  9. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team and across the organization.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on digital product development, providing guidance and mentorship to team members.
  11. Communicate regularly with senior leadership to provide updates on product development and performance.
  12. Stay up-to-date on healthcare industry regulations and ensure digital products comply with all relevant laws and guidelines.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective strategies for promoting and driving adoption of digital products.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase our digital products and stay current on emerging trends and technologies.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Digital Product Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Developing And Managing Digital Products, Preferably In The Consumer Products Industry.
