  9. Mentor and coach junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Care Transformation team.
  11. Represent UnitedHealth Group and the Care Transformation team at industry conferences and events.
  12. Uphold the organization's values and promote a positive work environment.
