Current And Active Rn License In The State Of Practice.
Bachelor's Degree Or Higher In Nursing From An Accredited University.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Leadership Or Management Role.
Strong Understanding Of Quality Improvement Principles And Experience Implementing Quality Improvement Initiatives.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Healthcare Providers, Patients, And Other Stakeholders.
