Job Qualifications
  • Current And Active Rn License In The State Of Practice.

  • Bachelor's Degree Or Higher In Nursing From An Accredited University.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Leadership Or Management Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Quality Improvement Principles And Experience Implementing Quality Improvement Initiatives.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Healthcare Providers, Patients, And Other Stakeholders.
