- Monitor and track progress of capability initiatives, identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks that may arise.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support the successful implementation of capability initiatives.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role In The Healthcare Industry, Preferably With Experience In Developing And Implementing Organizational Capabilities.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Projects And Initiatives, With A Focus On Driving Innovation And Efficiency.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Use Data To Drive Decision Making And Assess The Effectiveness Of Organizational Capabilities.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership To Achieve Organizational Goals.
