- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and create targeted solutions to address skill gaps.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine training and development needs at all levels of the organization.
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and other learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
- Analyze industry trends and best practices to inform the development of new and innovative capability building initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and align capability development strategies accordingly.
- Act as a subject matter expert on a variety of capability building topics, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Lead and mentor a team of capability development professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure their success.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and changes in the healthcare industry, and integrate this knowledge into the development of new capability building initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and talent acquisition teams to ensure a seamless integration of capability development programs into the employee lifecycle.
- Monitor and track the success of capability development initiatives and report on key metrics to senior leadership.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and development by promoting and encouraging employee participation in capability building opportunities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where employees feel supported and empowered to reach their full potential.
- Represent UnitedHealth Group as a thought leader in the area of capability development, both internally and externally, through speaking engagements, conferences, and other professional events.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Operations, Project Management, Or Consulting.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Trends, Regulations, And Market Dynamics.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Implementing Large-Scale Projects And Initiatives.
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
