  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any benefit configuration issues.
  5. Conduct thorough testing of benefit configurations to ensure accuracy and adherence to plan documents.
  6. Monitor and analyze benefit plan performance to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.
  7. Provide training and support to team members on benefit configurations and updates.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to benefit plans and make necessary adjustments to configurations.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve any benefit configuration-related issues in a timely manner.
  10. Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to identify and address any discrepancies in benefit configurations.
  11. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  12. Continuously review and improve benefit configuration processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  13. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates and recommendations on benefit configurations.
  14. Mentor and supervise junior analysts to ensure high-quality work and development of skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Benefit Configuration, Preferably In A Senior Or Leadership Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Regulations And Guidelines, Including Hipaa And Aca.

  • Proficiency In Benefit Configuration Software And Systems, Such As Qnxt Or Facets.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Stakeholders.
