Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Benefit Configuration, Preferably In A Senior Or Leadership Role.
Extensive Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Regulations And Guidelines, Including Hipaa And Aca.
Proficiency In Benefit Configuration Software And Systems, Such As Qnxt Or Facets.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Stakeholders.
