  1. Analyze and review benefit configuration data to ensure accuracy and efficiency of benefit plans.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in benefit configuration.
  3. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  4. Utilize expertise in benefit configuration to make recommendations for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
  5. Conduct quality checks and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  6. Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues related to benefit configuration.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations to ensure compliance.
  8. Provide training and support to junior analysts on benefit configuration processes and procedures.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates and report on progress.
  10. Continuously monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for cost savings and improvements in member experience.
  11. Conduct root cause analysis and develop action plans to address any identified issues.
  12. Uphold company values and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
  13. Stay organized and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  14. Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert for benefit configuration and provide guidance to other teams within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Benefits Configuration And Data Analysis.

  • Proficiency In Sql, Database Management, And Data Mapping.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Regulations And Compliance, Including Hipaa And Cms Guidelines.

  • Experience With Benefit Configuration Tools And Systems, Such As Qnxt Or Facets, And The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Configuration Issues.
