As part of our Solution Delivery function, we are looking for a Sr. Scrum Master to join our team. Or better yet, a “Master of Scrum” … One who, following Agile methodology and practices, brings out the very best in our software engineering teams. Lead multiple engineering teams on a day-to-day basis to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and continuously improve software. Partner with business leadership to manage user stories and project commitments in an Agile framework to rapidly deliver value to our customers. Mentor the engineering team to develop and perform as highly as possible. Support the engineering team’s release management processes and functions Own the team’s development methodology and drive modern solutions to complex problems.
