  1. Assist the sales team in achieving their goals by providing support and completing assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Conduct market research and gather data on potential clients and competitors to assist with sales strategies.
  3. Communicate with clients and prospects via phone, email, and/or in-person meetings to gather information and answer any inquiries.
  4. Attend and participate in team meetings, taking notes and providing input when necessary.
  5. Help prepare sales presentations and proposals by gathering and organizing relevant information and data.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
  7. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and implement process improvements and increase efficiency.
  8. Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
  9. Shadow and learn from experienced sales professionals to gain a better understanding of the sales process.
  10. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by being proactive, enthusiastic, and adaptable.
  11. Continuously strive to expand knowledge and skills in the healthcare industry and sales techniques.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  13. Complete assigned projects and tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  14. Represent UnitedHealth Group in a professional and positive manner at all times.
