Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) Or Higher From An Accredited University.
Active Rn License In The State Of Employment.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Leadership Or Management Role.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Healthcare Professionals, Patients, And Team Members.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Quality Improvement Processes, Such As Joint Commission Standards And Cms Guidelines.
