  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in nursing and healthcare delivery.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for all team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) Or Higher From An Accredited University.

  • Active Rn License In The State Of Employment.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Leadership Or Management Role.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Healthcare Professionals, Patients, And Team Members.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Quality Improvement Processes, Such As Joint Commission Standards And Cms Guidelines.
