  1. Provide telephonic support and guidance to patients, including answering questions and addressing concerns related to their health and well-being.

  18. Act as a patient advocate, ensuring that patients' voices and concerns are heard and addressed.
  19. Collaborate with insurance companies and other third-party providers to ensure appropriate coverage and reimbursement for patients.
  20. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
