Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working With Hedis Measures And Data Analysis.
Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools Such As Sql, Sas, Or Tableau.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Data And Quality Measures, Including Hedis, Cms Star Ratings, And Other Quality Improvement Initiatives.
Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Effectively Present Data And Insights To Stakeholders, Including Healthcare Providers And Internal Teams.
