Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field: A Quality Analyst - Functional Testing At Unitedhealth Group Should Have A Strong Educational Background In Computer Science Or A Related Field To Effectively Understand And Evaluate Software Systems.
Experience In Software Testing And Quality Assurance: The Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Software Testing And Quality Assurance, With A Focus On Functional Testing, In Order To Effectively Identify And Report Any Defects In The Software.
Knowledge Of Testing Methodologies And Tools: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Testing Methodologies And Tools, Such As Agile, Waterfall, And Selenium, To Efficiently Plan And Execute Testing Processes.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Quality Analyst - Functional Testing Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Effectively Identify And Troubleshoot Any Issues Or Defects In The Software, And Provide Solutions To Improve Its Quality.
Effective Communication And Teamwork Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Clearly Communicate Testing Results And Recommendations To Stakeholders.
