
Provider Network Account Manager

- Building and Maintaining Relationships: The Provider Network Account Manager will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strong relationships with healthcare providers to ensure a successful and productive partnership.
- Customer Service: This role requires a high level of customer service and a focus on meeting the needs and expectations of healthcare providers. The Account Manager will be responsible for addressing any concerns or issues raised by providers and finding solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
- Provider Network Growth: The Account Manager will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our provider network. This includes identifying and onboarding new providers, as well as identifying opportunities for network expansion.
- Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is essential in this role. The Account Manager will need to work closely with other team members, as well as with providers, to ensure clear and timely communication and alignment of goals.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: This role requires the ability to analyze data and identify trends to inform decision making and improve the performance of the provider network. The Account Manager will be responsible for producing regular reports and providing insights to inform network strategy.
- Contract Management: The Provider Network Account Manager will be responsible for managing provider contracts and ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations.
- Problem Solving: This role requires a proactive and solution-oriented mindset to address any challenges or issues that may arise with providers. The Account Manager will need to be able to think critically and creatively to find effective solutions.
- Training and Education: The Account Manager will be responsible for providing training and education to providers on our network policies and procedures, as well as any updates or changes.
- Performance Management: The Provider Network Account Manager will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance of providers within the network and providing feedback and support as needed to drive improvement.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Provider Network Management Or Account Management Within The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Trends, Regulations, And Reimbursement Models.
Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Negotiate And Influence Providers.
Proficient In Data Analysis And Reporting, With The Ability To Use Data To Make Strategic Decisions And Improve Network Performance.
