1. Develop and implement training programs for Epic Professional Billing to promote efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
2. Lead and manage a team of trainers responsible for educating staff on the use of Epic Professional Billing.

4. Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs and develop strategies to address any knowledge gaps.
