1. Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans for patients.
3. Conduct thorough medical assessments and examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe appropriate medications and treatments.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
5. Educate patients on preventive care, healthy lifestyle choices, and self-management of chronic conditions.
