• Provide high-quality, comprehensive care to patients within the primary care setting.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with best practices and state regulations.
• Educate patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and stay up-to-date on current healthcare trends and developments.
• Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of nursing/physician assistant practice.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the ongoing improvement of patient care processes.
