  1. Safely and accurately deliver medications to patients in a timely manner.
  2. Ensure all medications are handled and transported according to company and state regulations.
  3. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with patients and healthcare professionals.
  4. Follow designated delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  5. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including patient signatures and delivery times.
  6. Communicate any issues or concerns with deliveries to the appropriate parties.
  7. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
  8. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating the delivery vehicle.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to patients, including answering questions and addressing concerns.
  10. Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of medications.
  11. Maintain a valid driver's license and adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
  12. Attend training and development programs to enhance job skills and knowledge.
  13. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  14. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
