- Participate in external audits and provide support and documentation as needed.
- Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions related to pharmacy auditing.
- Train and educate other team members on pharmacy auditing processes and procedures.
- Identify and escalate potential compliance issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of audit findings and follow-up activities.
- Collaborate with pharmacy network providers to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Act as a subject matter expert on pharmacy auditing for internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuously review and improve audit processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Pharmacy Audit Or Claims Analysis Within A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Pharmacy Benefit Management And Utilization Management Processes.
Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting, Utilizing Tools Such As Sql, Excel, And Tableau.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Stakeholders.
