  1. Conduct regular audits of pharmacy operations to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  2. Review and analyze pharmacy data to identify any potential areas of concern or improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective action plans based on audit findings.
  4. Conduct training and education sessions for pharmacy staff on compliance and best practices.
  5. Monitor and track progress of corrective actions and provide regular updates to management.
  6. Stay updated on industry regulations and changes in pharmacy practice to ensure continuous compliance.
  7. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in pharmacy operations.
  8. Investigate and resolve any errors or discrepancies in pharmacy claims.
  9. Communicate audit results and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
  10. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects to support the overall goals of the organization.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Pharmacy Claims Auditing Or Pharmacy Benefit Management.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Pharmacy Benefit Design And Industry Regulations.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting Tools, Such As Sql And Tableau.
