  1. Greet and welcome patients to UnitedHealth Group in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to patients by listening to their needs and concerns and addressing them promptly and effectively.
  3. Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information.
  4. Schedule appointments and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  5. Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure timely and efficient patient care.
  6. Educate patients on services offered by UnitedHealth Group and assist with any necessary paperwork or forms.
  7. Maintain a positive and compassionate attitude when interacting with patients, showing empathy and understanding.
  8. Handle patient complaints or issues with patience and professionalism, finding appropriate solutions and escalating to management if necessary.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and policies to ensure compliance.
  11. Continuously strive to improve and maintain high levels of patient satisfaction.
  12. Adhere to confidentiality and privacy regulations when handling patient information.
  13. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing patient records.
  14. Attend training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  15. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall patient experience and satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or Healthcare Industry
