High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or Healthcare Industry
Proficiency In Computer Skills And Ability To Navigate Various Software Systems
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients And Healthcare Providers
