  1. Greet and welcome patients to UnitedHealth Group, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Assist patients with scheduling appointments, answering questions and providing general information about our services.
  3. Communicate effectively with patients, both in person and over the phone, to ensure their needs are met and questions are answered.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including personal and insurance information.
  5. Collect and process patient payments and insurance information in a timely and accurate manner.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless patient experience and resolve any issues or concerns.
  7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, even in stressful situations.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to patient needs and addressing any concerns or complaints.
  9. Stay up-to-date on all company policies and procedures to accurately and efficiently assist patients.
  10. Contribute to a positive team dynamic by actively participating in team meetings and training sessions.
  11. Uphold patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations at all times.
  12. Continuously strive to improve the patient experience and identify areas for process improvement.
  13. Serve as a knowledgeable resource for patients, providing information and guidance as needed.
