In addition to providing excellent customer service, the Patient Service Representative will be responsible for scheduling appointments, taking payments, providing information to patients, and assisting with patient inquiries.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strong ability to multi-task. You must also have an understanding of medical terminology, an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a customer service-oriented approach.
