Job Description

UnitedHealth Group is looking for an enthusiastic and customer service-focused Patient Service Representative to join our team and help us provide the highest level of care to our patients. The ideal candidate should be experienced, organized, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of patient care and will work to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of service and care. In addition to providing excellent customer service, the Patient Service Representative will be responsible for scheduling appointments, taking payments, providing information to patients, and assisting with patient inquiries.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strong ability to multi-task. You must also have an understanding of medical terminology, an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a customer service-oriented approach. If you have a passion for customer service, a willingness to go the extra mile, and a desire to make our patients feel like family, we want to hear from you!
