Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Patient Care Coordination Role
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Healthcare Providers, And Insurance Representatives
Knowledge Of Insurance And Medical Terminology, As Well As Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance
