Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Required; Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration Or Related Field Preferred.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Patient Registration Or Admissions.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Insurance Verification, And Billing Processes.
Proficient In Computer Systems And Electronic Medical Records.
