Current Rn License In Good Standing: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid And Active Rn License In The State Where Unitedhealth Group Operates.
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Clinical Experience: Previous Experience As An Rn Is Required To Ensure That The Candidate Is Familiar With Patient Care Protocols And Procedures.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Must Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
