  1. Assist in the preparation and delivery of prescription medications to individuals in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Maintain detailed and accurate records of medication orders, inventory, and patient information.
  3. Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to ensure the timely and accurate processing of prescriptions.
  4. Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to the handling and dispensing of medications.
  5. Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  6. Educate patients on proper medication use and potential side effects.
  7. Utilize pharmacy software and technology to process prescriptions and manage patient information.
  8. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  10. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and quality of the pharmacy operations.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling patient information.
  12. Attend trainings and stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in medication and insurance coverage.
  13. Assist in the training and supervision of new pharmacy technicians.
  14. Uphold the company's mission and values in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  15. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  16. Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the pharmacy team and company goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills

  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (Cpht) With A Valid State License

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In A Retail Or Hospital Pharmacy Setting

  • Strong Knowledge Of Pharmacy Terminology, Medication Names, And Drug Interactions

  • Ability To Work Independently And Efficiently In A Fast-Paced Environment
