As an Operations Readiness Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of operational processes and procedures.   1. Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations within UnitedHealth Group.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify gaps, and develop solutions to improve operational processes.
  3. Create and maintain project plans to ensure timely completion of operational initiatives.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
  5. Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to educate team members on new operational processes.
  7. Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on operational initiatives and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to operations.
  9. Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact operational processes and procedures.
  10. Collaborate with IT teams to implement new systems and technologies to improve operational efficiency.
  11. Lead and manage a team of operations specialists to ensure alignment and consistency in processes and procedures.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operational processes and procedures.
  13. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of operational initiatives.
  14. Foster a culture of operational excellence and promote a positive work environment within the team.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and reduce operational costs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Operations Readiness, Or A Similar Role

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Complex Projects And Implementing Operational Processes And Procedures

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry And Understanding Of Healthcare Operations, Systems, And Regulations

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including It, Finance, And Clinical Teams
