  1. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for change.
  3. Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence.
  4. Create and maintain project plans to ensure timely completion of initiatives and track progress towards goals.
  5. Collaborate with various departments to identify and resolve operational issues and mitigate potential risks.
  6. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for operational initiatives.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform process improvements and drive innovation.
  9. Develop and deliver training programs to support operational readiness and adoption of new processes.
  10. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to provide updates, share insights, and gather feedback.
  11. Develop and manage budgets and resource allocation for operational projects.
  12. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of operational initiatives.
  13. Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
  14. Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and procedures.
  15. Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management Or Operations Readiness, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Principles And Practices Related To Operational Readiness, Including Change Management, Risk Management, And Process Improvement.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Operational Readiness Plans, Including Identifying Potential Risks And Developing Mitigation Strategies.
