Onsite EAP Counselor

As an Onsite EAP Counselor at UnitedHealth Group, you will provide emotional support and guidance to employees and their families in order to help them cope with day-to-day challenges. You will be responsible for delivering quality employee assistance services to a diverse population of employees in an onsite setting. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about helping others and is dedicated to providing excellent customer service.The ideal candidate must have a master’s degree in social work or counseling, as well as current licensure in the state of practice. In addition, you must have a minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services to individuals and/or families. The ability to work with a wide range of individuals in a variety of settings is essential, as is the ability to work independently. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are also required.
